yummy autumn recipes

Our family's Thanksgiving menu is pretty much set in stone - even my vegan doesn't want to change it (except for the turkey, of course). But this is not the only meal that we eat this month! I'm always on the lookout for new recipes that make good use of seasonal foods and that everyone in the family can enjoy. Check out the New York Times for a great series on vegan options not only for Thanksgiving but for any autumn meal.

  3. Just found your blog via Twitter. Loved the article about making peace over Thanksgiving by cooking for your Vegan. I am so touched that you worked so hard to accommodate the vegan in your clan. Happy Thanksgiving! www.fitandfabulousblog.com

  4. I loved your piece about how to make thanksgiving work for everyone involved, and not make a whole new meal! I'm vegan and I hate, hate, despise and dread going anywhere for the holidays. My own family is fine, but going outside that sucks.

It is super hard to be the odd one at the table and not having any concessions made like vegetable broth in the stuffing as you suggested. So thank you.
